No — Optivista is built to work with clients across the U.S. and, in many cases, internationally. Most of our process can be handled virtually through video calls, shared documents, and clear project timelines.

If in-person collaboration makes sense for a specific initiative or event, we can discuss that during the strategy phase.
What does a typical project process look like?
While every engagement is tailored, most follow a similar arc:

2) Roadmap: You receive a clear outline of phases, scope, and investment.
3) Build: We design, refine, and implement — with checkpoints along the way.

Both. Some clients bring Optivista in for a focused project (like a new website or launch), while others prefer an ongoing partnership for strategy, updates, and continuous improvement.

That’s completely okay — and honestly, very common.
